I work for GE Logistics, we had one of our top drivers that needed a repair done. He was going to take his truck back to home to a mechanic he trust. I told him we really him back as soon as humanly possible. He takes great care of his truck. Making him one of our most dependable drivers. In our business you will have mechanical issues at some point in your career doing heavy haul. So he decided to take his truck to this shop, knowing it wasn’t a major job. Bring your truck in for one thing and leave with a different(more expensive)problem caused by the shop! Horrible work! Definitely would not recommend! Drivers steer clear of this shop!
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Chepes. What should have been a straightforward repair ended up costing thousands of dollars due to their gross incompetence and lack of accountability. Ultimately they made the problem worse rather than fixing it. Had to hire another company to come in and correct their mistakes — which confirmed just how poorly the original work was done.
