I sent Jesse an email only to get absolutely NO response. First that's disrespectful no matter what. Second from the business perspective it's suicide. I've offered my apology and olive branch for the last time. Not responding is the reason I have been forced here in a public forum bc of this instructors lack of respect for anything or anyone. Great place to train and learn traditional Aikido that involves striking. Aikido without striking is a joke and you won't find that here. The place is a family where Biblical principles are taught and Jesus Christ is lifted up as the only true master in this life.

I have trained in this dojo for ten years. I can affirm anyone will be hard pressed to find the quality of instruction one can receive at this place amongst other dojos in today’s America, especially in Catawba County. The quality of this dojo has a great tendency to make other delusional “Instructors” jealous. Only a fool would find a problem with the level of training that can be found at Catawba Valley Martial Arts. Long live Cheonjikido!
