If people gave Chens kitchen a positive review, then this restaurant suffers from a lack of consistency. A chef should NEVER lower the quality of their food, even if it saves a few bucks by using cheaper ingredients or food past its prime. This is a recipe for failure. The meat in my "hot pot" was tough and of poor quality, the chicken questionable and the few vegetables, carrots and celery, undercooked pieces scraped together from the bottom of the container.
