Love it! I really liked this place and the service is really fast. The sushi is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly.
Came from afar, but recieved nothing. Went here on a business trip for my work and decided to look around the hot spots in Chicago. Let to know that I didn't end up in such a hot place. Not only was my food uncooked, it seemed like it was sitting there for a little bit. How would I know? I sat there staring at the diner place where they put the food on top so the waiter can get it. Chens Chinese and Sushi I did not like this place at all. My food was nasty and cold and the service was terrible. They were very slow and when I complained about my food they complained BACK. I will never go back and I advise everyone to never go there.
Great Delivery Service I have only had Chen's for takeout so I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere but the food is always great. Their delivery is prompt and reliable and the menu is large and very diverse. Look for coupons in mailers or on takeout menus.
