Absolutely horrible customer service. Spent 3700 on appliances. My fridge started making a noise, was told to call GE, GE tells me noise is normal. Noise starts getting worse until the water line starts leaking all over my basement. Was told things happen and it was a coincidence. Was it any coincidence that your install guys shoved the fridge in because they were having a hard time getting it in there? Water damage everywhere. Just purchased an $800+ washer from Chenoweth last week only to have it break on the third wash. Called Chenoweth right away since we were obviously sold a lemon only to be blown off by the manager without even an apology. Told us we had to contact the manufacture. Understandable if it was 6 months down the line, but it was on the first day of use. Inexcusable.
