Absolutely horrible customer service. Spent 3700 on appliances. My fridge started making a noise, was told to call GE, GE tells me noise is normal. Noise starts getting worse until the water line starts leaking all over my basement. Was told things happen and it was a coincidence. Was it any coincidence that your install guys shoved the fridge in because they were having a hard time getting it in there? Water damage everywhere. They did come look at it, took responsibility, never called back and left my fridge in the middle ... read more
