Although I live in California, my mom lives in Florida & uses this medical group. I was recently in town & accompanied her to her scheduled appointment with nurse practitioner, Cathering Smith. The NP was ill & wore a mask. During the appointment, she lowered her mask to talk & was within 3 to 4 feet of us. Within a day & 1/2 my mom became ill. Very disappointed in this health pRoFeSsIoNaL? Dr are very good but getting people to answer the phone and foward messages is another story
This Medical Assistant was so patient and helpful to this elderly man. The Man should have had a caregiver with him. This lady sat beside him and helped him fill out ten pages of information as they smiled and laughed together.
