Do NOT trust this person! He doesn’t know the meaning of “responsibility” and has zero respect for his clients’ properties. If you try to discuss any issues with him, he immediately blames you, talks over you, and refuses to listen. He’s rude, ruthless, and completely unprofessional. When my property suffered over $20,000 in damages due to his poor management and lack of oversight, he gave me a measly $300 and somehow expected gratitude (seriously?).
