Having had many interactions with Alice in the Parts department, I had to give her a shoutout! She is super helpful, knowledgeable and if she doesn't know, she asks. She follows up promptly if left a message, happy to email info/diagrams to ensure everyone is on the same page and does her best to complete orders in a timely fashion. Thank you Alice for making understanding the automotive service industry easier and more enjoyable!
Sales dept Mike Y is the worst salesperson and arrogant as they come !! I’ll never buy anything there until he s gone ,it’s why I bought my truck in Scarborough Ont where the customer matters … the service dept @ Chenier has been courteous and friendly and i recommend them for service and parts but stay away from Mike in sales !!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It has been more than three weeks, and I still have not been provided with a rental vehicle. Every time I call, the only response I get is “we don’t know.” They ordered a transmission control unit for my car, but even after 8 days, they cannot provide an ETA. There is no clear communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency. The service is very poor, and the staff do not seem properly informed or trained to handle customer concerns.
