Don't bring anything to chenier motors ,they lie example ,i was told I must go to them for my warranty because I had the check my truck I called my warranty company they said its not true, they have a sign saying they won't do anything or charge you before asking thats b.s, I was charged over 300 dollars on a truck with warranty. I now go to matheson . I suggest everyone in timmins with a dodge go to matheson for any of your dosge needs , service is great .

In September 2025 they put a fuel pump in my 2018 eco diesel Ram truck. We were on holidays at the time and not from Timmins. They put an aftermarket pump in with a 2 year warranty on parts and labour. It's now May 2026 and the fuel pump has quit. I took it into Chrysler Pembroke, Ontario where I live. I supplied them with a work order from Timmins showing when the pump was put in. They will not honor the warranty at this Chrysler as the pump was not put in here and that the truck would need to be towed to Timmins. My wife a... read more

Having had many interactions with Alice in the Parts department, I had to give her a shoutout! She is super helpful, knowledgeable and if she doesn't know, she asks. She follows up promptly if left a message, happy to email info/diagrams to ensure everyone is on the same page and does her best to complete orders in a timely fashion.
