She immediately looked up my insurance, clearly explained what my copay would be, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Wonderful Optometrist thorough and friendly. I drive a long distance but he's the BEST! sometimes the office staff is not the best, one only. I drive a distance but worth it.
