Do not see Dr Tou through PureObgyn. They kept me waiting an entire hour for my appointment and I never ended up seeing her because they couldn’t give me an ETA or guarantee I could see the doctor even before the office closed. When I expressed disappointment that I was as waiting for so long, the front desk women called me “insane” and “insensitive”. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They refused a refund even though I couldn’t even see the doctor
