I would give him no stars if I could and have his license revoked. I would also sue for malpractice. Our Mom's first visit-2022. He put in a stent. Followup appointments, stent removed. No scope. Three years fast forward May 2025, had to have another scope. There it was. Cancerous tumours causing the bleeding three years ago. She has now had a kidney removed and is doing treatment for cancer that has spread (from the urothelial tumour on it), to the the bladder and lungs now as well. I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr Chang, in the professional sense for years with visits for my Mom and now I am in his care. I have a lot of confidence in him, he is thorough, understanding and takes his job seriously and professionally. His secretary is great also, great laughs when I come in. June is exceptional at her job, you have to understand the case load she has and what is required at her position, she holds the place together and keeps things running smoothly.
Never had any issues with reception...she actually called me when she said she would....has contacted me post surgery...and no booking issues. For only 1 lady, she covers a lot a patients. Maybe some complainers should try her job before critism. Thank you for your service
Dr Cheng is a great doctor and surgeon. He has exceptional care and puts his patients first. His unwavering dedication and compassionate care makes him the Dr he is today. He truly is one of the best surgeons my husband has had. June his secretary is such a wonderful lady with such a high degree of professionalism. Any time I had a question about my husband's health she was happy to help. Set up all appointments very quickly.
