Tried to poison me with medication I’m allergic to, prescribed me lithium randomly when I do not have bipolar disorder, lies telling me I can’t see another doctor as I “had an incident” with another doctor. More like that doctor gave me the short term disability I fought years because he felt bad about my mental health. This doctor is corrupt. I don’t even know how he has a license.
