This doctor has some of the rudest and laziest staffs ever. How are you going to refer a patient to a specialist without sending any referrals and medical records? Not only that, they were trying to argue and blame the specialist’s office staffs for not having the medical records. Like what?
"Every experience I’ve had here has been wonderful. Dr. Cheng provides top-tier medical care, and the front desk staff has always been incredibly helpful to me—so much so that I brought them a small gift today just to show my appreciation.
