Patient, thorough and informative. I never like going to the doctor, but if I have to, can’t think of a better one.
The receptionist has the skin of an European, attitude of a Chinese mother-in-law, and patience of a New Yorker.
The receptionist is terrible. Not helpful what so ever. Today we were waiting for the doctors office to send in a code to the pharmacy for the insurance to cover a prescription. I spoke to the receptionist who said she would call and send in the needed code but never did. We waited at the pharmacy for over 2 hours waiting for them to send it and they never did. They stopped answering our calls and now they’re closed for the day. Terrible customer service. They clearly don’t care about the patients.
