Loved staying at the House after visiting Flume Gorge. Hosts are friendly and home made breakfast is delicious. We will visit again.

An absolutely delightful host within a quiet respectful area! Motorcycle friendly (with respect to the neighbors) with room for trailers. Super comfy rooms that have and old timey feel. Charlotte is a master in the kitchen with fresh ,organic, home crafted and locally sourced ingredients which are absolute perfection. Quaint BnB with well-appointed, cozy rooms. The highlight is definitely the food and care that the owner puts into her cooking. I loved hearing Charlotte talk about the origins of what was found on our plate each breakfast - all sourced from their land or the area! The location is perfect for those looking to get outdoors - we went hiking and kayaking - and the hosts were helpful with advice about what you can do in the area. Cheney House was my first bed and breakfast experience and it won’t be my last. Charlotte was so kind and gave incredible recommendations and even accommodated our early morning by offering us breakfast to go one of the mornings during our stay which was so sweet. The beds were comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Definitely worth checking out!
