Dr. Smith is the BEST physician I have ever met. She truly cares about each and every patient she sees, she’s kind, empathetic, a fantastic listener, and will go above and beyond to help anyway she can. I’ve been seeing her for 5-6 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better physician or better experience every time I visit with her. Highly recommend, 10/10 always!
Dr. Smith is kind, compassionate, caring, and FUNNY. She listens and truly is invested in improving the lives of her patients. She always takes my opinion into account and has a collaborative approach to medicine that I enjoy. I am a fat woman and so often doctors don't listen or dismiss me. Dr. Smith has never done that. She is an amazing doctor, however, schedulers will need to do a better job. My last vist to doctor Smith was 2021, and yes life happens to where I am unable to make an appointment. Plus, since she is such a great doctor it is hard to make an appointment with her unless you make it 3-6 months in advance. So I made my appointment in late October for December 26th and recently was notified there was an appointment came available for December 10th. This was scheduled Thursday of last week. Dr. Smith is amazing. Diagnosed me with an issue missed all my life but being treated now. She keeps up with the latest research and gives practical and scientifically-supported recommendations. Wish i could still go to her but had to move. Make sure you give yourself enough lead time since she's booked for a while and you'll want at least your bloodwork looked at by her directly!
Britanny is a horrible Nurse Practitioner to Dr. Chene Smith because she doesn’t know what an annual woman’s exam is and filed with my insurance for individual testings. For my annual woman’s exam that should’ve been $0. I am now getting charged almost $1000. Be aware of her services to up charge you for things that is not included in your women’s annual exam.
