My experience was positive during this sad time. They were helpful and accommodating. I purchased an urn which was shipped to me. The shipment was rapid and the quality of the urn was very good.
My treasured mare died on the surgery table at a local equine hospital. Chenault was recommended as a cremation service as they are nearby, in the same town. I requested individual cremation through the veterinary hospital where she died. That was 9 days ago. I have yet to hear anything from Chenault though I have called numerous times. No one has answered the phone. Or answered my message. The equine hospital billed me $1,500+ for the cremation but no one can tell me anything in terms of when the cremains can be picked up. ... read more
