Small town..Big success Our family farm has been doing business with Chenango for many years. We have taken weed eaters, chainsaws, and generators to them and they have always gotten them running. Though we often ask them to make a silk purse out of a sows ear, they still strive to achieve, and surprise us with the results. HORRIFIC BUSINESS! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A MAJOR RIP OFF! THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM FOR REPAIRS, THEY TELL YOU ITS COVERED BY INSURANCE. AFTER WAITING ONE MONTH TO GET MY MOWER BACK, I HAD TO CALL AND REMIND THEM ITS THERE AND NEEDED REPAIR!! I WENT TO PICK IT UP, TO BE CHARGED A 61.00 FEE, NEVER ONCE DID I GET A CALL TELLING ME IT WILL COST ME FOR REPAIRS! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THE MOWER UNLESS PAID. SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE I took my leaf blower in for a tune up and got it back with the flywheel key sheared off and non-operational. They insisted that I must have done something to it. I NEVER had it running from the time it left there shop. I will never patronize this business again and would recommend that everyone does the same.
Theseguysaregreat. They came to the house to pick up our Mower that was running awful. I told the driver about our generator that would not start and he took that too. We got both back the next week and they are both working great. They were very professional and pleasent to deal with. I will have them do all our service & repair work from now on.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible I tried to have my lawn equipment repaired here. After three times of them making the problem worse, I had to take it somewhere else. They are not friendly and can't fix anything.
