It's great that they provide a loaner car and that makes it convenient as I can have the vehicle serviced during the work week. The staff is friendly and helpful. It seems like they have hectic days and it spills over to their service. I asked when I arrived, which I know can cause problems because of allotted service times, to rinse off the wheels when they rotated the tires. Over the years I have purchased multiple vehicles at Chenango Sales, and will go there again when it's time. I like everything about the place from sales to service and always a great car on the showroom floor to admire! Plus the friendly atmosphere while I wait by that warm and cozy stove for my car inspection/service. I would recommend Chenango Sales to any and all ... a place where you're a name and not a number!
