Had forgotten about looking here when I decided I needed to replace my recliner. I had done some looking online already, including sites like Olum's, Wayfair and Overstock. I also had done looking at the La-Z-Boy site. I preferred being able to see chairs in person. The day I went, I had with me a cushion from our love seat. The young man working at the store the day I went was very helpful -- even thinking to have us look at the cloth samples and love seat cushion in sunlight. We bought a LazyBoy recliner at Chenango Carpet and Furniture. A few days later a Thank You card and a coupon came in the mail. I can't wait to go back!! A fun furniture store with the best customer service.
Last year we ordered new linoleum for our kitchen......unfortunately after a few weeks...there were several bubbles in it...We thought when the temperatures changed that they would disappear. Unfortunately they didn't. Holly and Roger have gone above and beyond and replaced our floor....at no charge!!!! I will continue to recommend them to my friends. We recently made our first visit to the store, looking for a recliner, based on a co-worker's previous experience. I'm glad we did. Great selection and no pressure sales. We were given plenty of time to make a decision with absolutely no pressure. Today we received a thank you card in the mail that also included a coupon. What other business does that? Thank you.
Great store, friendly down home people, super service. Definitely worth the short drive from Binghamton.
