When I call, no one ever answers. I leave multiple voicemails but I’ve only ever received one call back. I’ve left these voicemails on multiple choices from the menu. From the one person that called me back, I explained my concern that, in a space that should be kept up, there are 10 foot tall weeds growing over my fence/sightline. They said they would look at it. Please stop giving lots to RAMO DEVELOPMENT. His attitude is terrible and his customer service. I really don’t want to give 1 star to Chenal Properties but I need to. I called an inspector today and paid $316. The inspector found so many problems and the house is 3 months old. There wasn’t smoke detector one of the rooms. The openings around the garage is big. My floors started popping out already. He didn’t build my fence even though he got his money from the bank fully. All the handles are loose. What he put as backsplashe... read more
