From the one-on-one attention that every guest receives to the luxury themed suites with televisions, we are your pet's second home. All guests, whether spending the night or staying with us for only the day, play outside 3-4 times a day. We also offer grooming, day care & pet taxis.

Dog loving customer Beware! I would like to give a summary of my experiences at Chenal Pet Palace over the course of the last three months. 1. Lackadaisical ambivalence is the general ambiance. Be prepared to not be greeted by the Lurch Addams version of a doggy daycare employee. This employee leaves you feeling as though you have inconvenienced him by dropping off your beloved pooch. Another nice thing about the visit... they didn't make me do unnecessary things. I went to an urgent care place in novi a previous time, and they had wanted to do bloodwork and a urine sample, use the flashlight thingy to look in my ears, etc. Birmingham Urgent Care didn't ask me to do any of that! Great place!
So i have tbh i looked at this place and saw bad reviews but checked them out the girl up front was super nice gave me tour and then when i had picked up my dogs after 4 nights. They told me the dogs had got a free bath because they had gotten dirty. They also washed my blankets which were smelly when i brought them in.
