I never even went in. My PCP recommended this clinic. It was like an act of Congress to get an appointment. Then, ok remember this is an appointment for a mental health patient with extreme anxiety, they send e mail after e mail about charges for this, charges for that, charges for phone calls... And they want your payment info so they can charge you basically for anything they feel like. They need to rethink the way they do this.
