We have seen a therapist here twice for our young child, we also need medication for our child, our therapist advise Telehealth is how chenal family therapy does prescribe medications. This would have been our first appointment with Telehealth which is billed through chenal family therapy, we got stood up by the doctor. This company is all about money. Be aware

Therapist was visibly stumped by any real problem and never said anything that required a degree. Was 10 minutes late multiple times and even 30 whole minutes late on 2nd appointment. Should not be allowed since patients would be charged if they were that late.
