I’m a current patient of this clinic for almost a year and I feel great therapist or counselors are very accessible, I find an open space if I need it. Each one of them are very supportive also they count with bilingual people so that’s a plus . Highly recommended
Should have listened. I scheduled an appointment, said I needed someone to help with diagnosis, they set me up with a counselor who can't do anything of the sort. Few hours before my power went out, had to reschedule, they said it was fine but put it as a cancellation in the system, charged me $100 a few days later. Can't get ahold of anyone, listen to the reviews, go literally anywhere but here.
I ignored the reviews of this place and now I feel dumb. All they do is take your money. They tell me after my intake appointment that it will not be covered by insurance. I was anticipating paying $35 not $300. Would have been great to know beforehand!
Heed everyone else's warning and do *not* seek services with this provider! Zero communication, no compassion whatsoever, and they truly only care about making money. Biggest regret of 2024! Find someone else, anyone else!
