Chenal Family Therapy charged me $185 for my daughter missing an appt., when we didn't miss an appt. We didn't have the link for the telehealth. We didn't get an email with the link in it. We called repeatedly and left messages before the telehealth was scheduled. No one returned our calls, not until the next day.
