Good luck seeing someone. They’ll just leave you in the reception area waiting like an idiot. I finally got up and left since no one ever came out to get me for my appointment (waited 20 minutes). Should have known since it operates like a fast food chain.
The absolute worst Worst WORST reception and scheduler experience i have ever experienced in my life. NOT exaggerating 40 minutes to get paperwork to me to fill out. Was told I would receive a call within 48 hours of filling out said paperwork. Did not so I called at hour 52 to I quite. Was told I needed to provide my debit card. Thank you but no thanks. Mary chambers saw my brother. When asked about a letter on his mental status while seeing her she was very rude and acted sketchy as hell. Asking how we found her at the office she works? Like aren’t you employed here? That’s how mary.

Due to “policy” requires social security number to be given over the phone. Not able to come in and fill out paperwork. Do NOT feel comfortable with this practice.
