I never even went in. My PCP recommended this clinic. It was like an act of Congress to get an appointment. Then, ok remember this is an appointment for a mental health patient with extreme anxiety, they send e mail after e mail about charges for this, charges for that, charges for phone calls... And they want your payment info so they can charge you basically for anything they feel like. They need to rethink the way they do this. Chenal Family Therapy charged me $185 for my daughter missing an appt., when we didn't miss an appt. We didn't have the link for the telehealth. We didn't get an email with the link in it. We called repeatedly and left messages before the telehealth was scheduled. No one returned our calls, not until the next day. I refused to pay the $185 and Ashley Robbins in the CFT billing dept. told me I was going to be turned over to collections and my daughter couldn't see her psychiatrist any longer, therefore she couldn't get her me... read more
