The Private Reindeer Tour was absolutely awesome. Ryne taught us a lot about reindeer (and caribou) and their twisted history in Alaska and we had a lot of fun doing it. Her love and commitment comes through in her knowledge and dedication to her animals. The time we spent walking Pilot and Ike - Ryne walked Sue - went too fast. Such a unique experience. Exceeded our expectations and we're so glad we did it. Definitely recommend.
Feeding the Reindeer and learning thier history is an experience you will never forget.
This was my first time learning about dog sledding. The tour staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to be hands on. The dogs are so well-loved and cared for. You’ll learn a lot about the sledding history and culture and all that is taken in as a part of the sport. Despite being August, it was cool enough for us to get a taste of what it is like for the dogs to pull and we did a couple of laps around the area. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn a lot and meet the dogs!
Wonderful experience. Great information on reindeer. Much fun to actually interact with the reindeer. Great friendly staff.
