Amazing experiencia. We had luck and get the thermal bath while it was snowing. Very relaxing.
I’m not sure why people gave such low reviews. I thought the resort was awesome! Hot springs were amazing and therapeutic. Their restaurant has decent food options and drinks/cocktails as well. This place is a lodge, don’t expect it to be a luxurious hotel like you’ll find in big cities. For what it is, it definitely delivered and I highly recommend it.
1 Star — Seriously Neglected Maintenance and Dangerous Safety Hazards I stayed at Chena Hot Springs Resort for three nights, and the maintenance and safety conditions were absolutely unacceptable. This is not just about inconvenience — I genuinely believe someone could be seriously injured or even killed if these problems are not addressed.
