Had severe toothache, Dr Chen saw me in record time, assisted me to get into oral surgery same day for an extraction. Super grateful, and would recommend 100%!
I'm glad I made the decision of choosing Dr. Chen as my Dentist. I feel pretty lucky that she was my first choice because I was taken care of and felt a level of comfort I haven't felt at a dentist in a long time. If you're looking for a new dentist she's the one.
Fraud. asked Money upfront when I am still in network. I needed an endodontist, and I specifically asked if the doctor is an endodontist at the reception she just deferred the question asking for my insurance details primarily. I asked the technician. He didn’t answer me either. Finally asked me to pay the entire amount and said they will reimburse when the insurance pays. That’s not how in network insurance works.
I had a smooth and pleasant experience during my visit. The dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the entire team was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Their care and attention to detail really stood out — highly recommend!
