I was very satisfied with the service. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. Also the assistant was knowledgeable and caring. Every one at the office were pleasant and kind. I would highly recommend her services, and had an exceptional experience!!!
I called them for a wisdom tooth extraction, and they assured me it could be done the same day. However, after taking an X-ray, they told me that the specialist who performs extractions wouldn’t be available until April—two months later. It was a total disappointment and a waste of time, especially since they took the X-ray and billed my insurance unnecessarily.
