Took my money and gave me prescriptions I was allergic to and told me to take them even after I told them I was allergic. Never spoke to the doctor even after requesting to speak to him or her several times. This is a racket! Would not return my money and did not prescribe me the right medication. a great doctor
Doctor Chen and her office is the only doctor I can find in the network to accept my parents' medicare insurance, as well as speaking Chinese, but very poor in service. I can understand the doctors are very busy seeing patients, but still too difficult to do any requests on the phone with them, except going for an in-person visit, therefore, the office can charge the insurance one more time. Otherwise, the doctor is very unlikely to do any request as simple as prescription change or renewal.
Very friendly doctor. Recommend!
