Dr. Xie did listen to all my concerns and took her time to explain my condition and its cause. She gave good advice for preventative care as well. She was very open and engaging which was enlightening because I hadn't experienced it much from doctors in quite some time. It didn't feel as much anxiety about my condition because she allowed me to see the human side of herself which made all the difference for me.
