The wait time is terribly long no matter which day of the week you come. What is the point of making an appointment if I’d have to wait at least 35 mins?
Poor management - overbooking is a major issue, workers seem lost and can’t find things wasting customers times. And yet keep trying to stuff more customers in and fit them in. Quantity over quality.

This place has gotten slower over the years. Recently, they’ve been overbooking — 8 ppl for the 5:30pm? It’s clear they’re overbooking, as my family and I have been waiting here since 5:08pm, and not one of us were shown into a room yet. It’s 6:23pm as I type this message.
