overbooking wayy too many people into one time slot. they do not keep track of who comes in earlier so people will be let in who have come later than you. expect to wait at least an hour after your scheduled appointment to be let in, managed very poorly and inefficiently.

The wait time is terribly long no matter which day of the week you come. What is the point of making an appointment if I’d have to wait at least 35 mins?
Poor management - overbooking is a major issue, workers seem lost and can’t find things wasting customers times. And yet keep trying to stuff more customers in and fit them in. Quantity over quality.
