I love Dr.Chen he’s an excellent Doctor.. very knowledgeable and I can always get an appointment.. he returns my phone call .. the staff is very nice and friendly I been with Dr Chen for over 13+years
Mr. Chen is a very professional and very good doctor. We needed to fill out a form. He’s very respectful and nice talking to patients and answering all the questions. He is very knowledgeable and was getting back to us via email very quickly. I recommend Dr. Chen to everyone.
I just got off the phone with some rude lady who answer me and had to worst attitude ever for asking a question with another question. If they don't like there job just don't work there then. There's no need to be rude to the customers!
Open a patient of Dr. William Chen for probably over 10 years now or better. I love him great doctor very professional. I would recommend him to anyone for family medicine or any of your needs and The front desk, As part of his support team are very, very professional as well
