Rude and arrogant doctor doesn't care about the patient
Work was substandard. Was not happy with this doctor. He did not seem caring afterwards.
Had such a bad experience here. Eyelids were cut uneven and had loads of complications and scarring. Procedure was quite sloppy. Pre-op markings were made without measurement. Would not recommend and hope to save people from the same suffering. Dr. Chen destroyed my face with his carelessness. He robbed me of a normal life and my only recourse now is to warn others not to trust him with your eyes.
Dr. Chen is a true expert of asian eyelid surgeries. He is skillful and compassionate. Had a wonderful and smooth double eyelid surgery experience, and I am really happy with the results.
After 2 years of research, I have found Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen has made special arrangement to see me the afternoon I have arrived since I am from out of State. During the consultation, he understood what I needed and answered questions I wasn't even quite sure how to ask. I known then I have made the right decision.
