Dr. William Chen listens well, stays up-to-date with the ever-changing knowledge of the medical field, and has excellent bedside manner. I believe that his keen ability to help his patients is because he takes notes that he refers to upon follow-up appointments. In other words, he knows your history. You don't have to re-explain your history each time that you visit because he takes notes, reads them and gives a plan of action based on your known unique condition.
Had a rash before annual check up. Had to make a appointment before check up. Dr Chen, was quick and helpful in recognizing the rash. 24 hrs later per scribe medications were working. Love this guy.
