This office has always had issues with the back office. However dr vey Chen was an amazing person and doctor. I have been feeling with a pa for some time and I thought it was fair at best until I spoke with the Mercedes Sampson. She was the most condcending human being I have ever talked to and she berated her staff like they were children. I just placed a call for the 3rd Time in a week to get an issue handled because the person who is supposed to be handling refills are not. Dr. Chen is awesome. Apparently he is no longer with HANA Medical, but they refused to give me any information beyond that. Trying to figure out what happened to him...
One of the best docters ever. I wish I new where he is now practicing!
