My first visit with Dr. Chen Shi for consultation. I left feeling incredibly grateful for the support and consideration as he reviewed the MRI on the screen and explained (in detail), what needs to happen. Dr. Shi was so patient and accepting that I was having difficulty hearing and made accommodations. I’m sure I have more questions than I vocalized during the appointment but feel confident I can still ask questions and receive answers.
