Dr. chi agreed to perform surgery on me even after I had gone to Duke’s hospital and they referred me to Dr. Hunter Dyer in Charlotte only to be told I think your problem is in your neck but at your age I will not operate on you. I was impressed with the way the Dr follows up so far. The administration team has been caring and patient this far. They do care about their patients. One more follow up to come. I would give Dr. Chen 10000 stars if I could.
Dr. Shi was absolutely amazing. He never rushed through my appointments, he listened to me, he was very good about explaining everything to me and walking me through my options. He did a SI joint fusion on me 2 weeks ago, he came to check on me twice in the hospital and his office called to check in on me after I went home. I would absolutely recommend him!
Dr, Shi performed a spinal fusion on my lower back. I already felt better right after surgery and continue to heal. I would highly recommend him.
