This place is a joke. They normally cancel about 1 out of every 3 appointments. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Dr. A is a disaster. She ignored my congestive heart failure for a year which Dr. Diaz found in 1 week after I fired Dr. A as my primary care doctor. She also ignored and failed to treat a minor toenail fungus that I have on my right foot for a year. Dr. Diaz got me in to see the podiatrist is the first week after I dumped Dr. A. My mom sees her primary care provider D’Jonson Jn Baptiste here and I was impressed at the care she received with him. He is very thorough in his assessment and has helped her through some challenging health issues she’s been having lately. The staff here are also very nice.
Although my physician there is great and the nurses are very nice, behind the scenes must be a mess. It is impossible this year to get a very much needed referral that must be done on an annual basis. I do not know what is happening but i have tried over months ,unsuccesfully, to have it processed this year as well as my insurance company calling them to ask for it. I am at wits end, truthfully as to what to do now.
