I've used Chen plumbing for years at home and at my place of business, so yesterday when we had a carbon monoxide issue I didn't hesitate for a second - I knew who to call. Due to the nature of our business, they understood what an emergency this was and were here within an hour and stayed until 2am until the jobs were complete (yes, multiple issues).
