If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with the care my wife has received from Dr. Chen. From the beginning, there has been a lack of communication, and it feels like the doctor does not take the time to truly listen to her concerns. On multiple occasions, prescriptions have been changed without prior consultation, leaving us feeling confused and disregarded. I don't know who some of you are referring to but Dr. Phoebe Chen has been nothing but attentive, kind and responsive to my every need. She is the best doctor I have seen in many years. Her staff is very professional. I am so glad that, after some very unfortunate experiences, I found this practice.
