The exam by OD Kevin Villarama was excellent. He was thorough and explained the pictures taken of my eyes regarding any macular degeneration. My complaint is not about the exam but the harassing phone calls, messages and emails I received regarding the appointment. My appointment was on a Monday and, even after acknowledging twice that I would be keeping my appointment, the emails, texts and phone calls kept coming. It became asinine and bordered on harassment. Get a grip! I almost did cancel my appt. because of it.
Clovis Optical was very nice. The staff is great and Dr Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be going back :)
