Thoroughly professional
Fernando Chen is amazing. He is so informative and takes his time to explain everything. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!
The eye exam is always very thorough and the doctor explains any vision changes and why. Suggestions were made to help with my chronic dry eye. However, due to my inability to properly complete the retinal mapping, it was an unnecessary test for me to pay for. I should have been told the pictures were incomplete. I will have the health of my eyes evaluated at Kaiser in the future.
The Dr was very professional and knowledgeable of my eye sight, made me feel comfortable while testing my eye sight. I plan to return for exams. Very satisfied customer.
