I walked in to see Dr. Chen without an appointment and was so impressed by the level of care I received! Dr. Chen was professional, patient, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. The exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly so I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. I left with a better understanding of my eye health and next steps. Truly some of the best service I’ve ever experienced from an optometrist — thank you, Dr. Chen! Highly recommend!

The doctor was very thorough and the tech that helped me with my glasses code 6 was amazing.
My appointment was at 3:20 pm. Within 5 minutes I was looked at. Good customer service and I appreciate the timeliness.
