Dr Chen performed my double mastectomy recently. She came highly recommended and I saw why immediately. I felt at ease, and confident with her. I’m so thankful I had such a wonderful caring surgeon. And I interviewed several surgeons, look no further - you are in great hands.
Dr Chen is great but the facility she is with is absolutely disorganized and frankly disfunctuonal. God forbid you have to refill a prescription. Nobody will answer the phone. In any department. You will have to make a physical trip to refill the prescription or get the attention of the office. This is frankly criminal and should be reported to the better business bureau. Which I will be doing so.
