Avoid at ALL costs. Chen Legal Group is clumsy, irresponsible, and unorganized. I closed on a co-op in early December 2025 and they were the seller's attorney. Firstly, they took 3 weeks to finalize the contract with my team. The contract was very poorly written with multiple inconsistencies and typos. According to my own lawyer, their writing showed a lack of communication between them and their client, the seller.
