Was sent to a building for an mri but the building I was sent to is a non working building no one works in that building drove from out of town for nothing do not go there
This office lacks organization and professionalism.There was no receptionist to manage intake, leaving patients waiting without guidance. Dr. Chen struggled to locate a patient record in the system, which delayed care. I was denied because I was not wearing shorts. At no point during scheduling was I informed that shorts were required. I offered to proceed with the nerve conduction study for my lower extremities, but he refused, stating he had no gowns and that clothing would be “see-through.”
Patient, very friendly, kind. Gave me great advice about managing pain. Told me exactly what he was doing during the emg procedure. Honestly, great experience.
