After a weird pose where I contorted my shoulder and arms weirdly, I suffered from pain under my armpit for two months! It bothered me and restricted my neck movements all day. I was so desperate and tried letting it heal naturally because it wasn’t stopping me from my day to day, but it was nagging me enough and lingered incessantly that it kept me from sleeping well all night.
