You go in for a filling and instead they cut you gum without your knowledge and your bit becomes irregular and sore to the touch. Then when you complain and send multiple emails they mention they had cut your gum but didn’t think it would react that way. First let me say I’m one of those ppl that have an honest phobia of the dentist due to traumatic experiences. I’ve been coming randomly for years and always enjoyed having Dr.Chen work on my dental needs. However, recently I’ve stopped by and complained about tooth pain/ sensitivity. Dr. Chen started the process to fix the issue but it didn’t turn out right. It was actually even worse than before!
