Dr. Chen is a professional and caring dentist. She always took the time to explain her treatments and answer my questions. I’ve been with her for 3 years, starting when her office was in Mountain View and continuing after the move here.
If you want a mediocre dental experience and want to be treated as an experiment this is the place. Basic dental work at its best! You go in for a filling and instead they cut you gum without your knowledge and your bit becomes irregular and sore to the touch. Then when you complain and send multiple emails they mention they had cut your gum but didn’t think it would react that way. They then bring u in and shave more of the “filling” since it was higher than the actual tooth. We then had more email exchanges after getting t... read more

First let me say I’m one of those ppl that have an honest phobia of the dentist due to traumatic experiences. I’ve been coming randomly for years and always enjoyed having Dr.Chen work on my dental needs. However, recently I’ve stopped by and complained about tooth pain/ sensitivity. Dr. Chen started the process to fix the issue but it didn’t turn out right. It was actually even worse than before!
