He talks very quickly and often laughed when you're trying to explain something to him. He doesn't seem to be listening at all. He just nods his head and says, "Yes, ok, ..." and ends up saying something he'd already said, without addressing your concern.
Can't even get anyone to ever answer the phone for the office...since becoming a patient I've only been able to get in one time and never received the help I need still. Very bad experience
