The owner tends to yell at her customers when she doesn't understand what you're asking. But if you can get over that, the food is decent Americanized Chinese fare for a great price.
I used to love Chen Garden, the prices have gone way up and the quality of the food isn't what it used to be. I don't get my usual dishes any longer and in trying new dishes I haven't found one that is good. I've been a customer since 2007, I'm really bummed and miss the days with Scotty owning the restaurant.
This is our go to for lunch. The food is always good and the service is fast and friendly. The portions are large for lunch and plenty to take home a little for later.
