I had the worst experience with this office. I waited almost 3 hours to see the doctor. Because I have PPO plan, the office charged me $200 up front. They said they will reimburse me once they get paid by my insurance. I'm not sure if it's legal to do this anyway. It's been 6 months and I still have not gotten any reimbursement.
